Amennyiben fuvaroz\u00e1st nem\u00fatd\u00edjk\u00f6teles g\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171vel v\u00e9gezz\u00fck, azonban a g\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171 \u00f6sszt\u00f6mege <strong>a felrakod\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en meghaladja a 3,5 tonn\u00e1t, akkor EK\u00c1ER sz\u00e1m ig\u00e9nyl\u00e9se sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A m\u00e1sik fontos v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s els\u0151sorban a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi c\u00e9geket \u00e9rinti, ha az ad\u00f3 \u00e9s v\u00e1mhat\u00f3s\u00e1g mulaszt\u00e1si b\u00edrs\u00e1got szab ki. Az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s sor\u00e1n a kiszabott b\u00edrs\u00e1g, p\u00e9nzbeli k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s megfizet\u00e9s\u00e9ig, az erre vonatkoz\u00f3 <strong>k\u00fcl\u00f6n hat\u00e1rozat kiad\u00e1sa n\u00e9lk\u00fcl<\/strong> visszatarthatja a fuvareszk\u00f6zt. Ellenben ez az int\u00e9zked\u00e9s <strong>hazai sz\u00e9khellyel, lakhellyel \u00e9s ad\u00f3sz\u00e1mmal, illetve ad\u00f3azonos\u00edt\u00f3 jellel<\/strong>, vagy garanci\u00e1val\/kezess\u00e9ggel rendelkez\u0151 ad\u00f3z\u00f3kkal szemben <strong>nem alkalmazhat\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi z\u00e1rral kapcsolatos probl\u00e9m\u00e1kra is igyekeztek megold\u00e1st tal\u00e1lni. Ezzel az alapvet\u0151 probl\u00e9ma az volt, hogy \u2013 jellemz\u0151en k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi \u2013 sof\u0151r\u00f6k \u201eel\u0151szeretettel\u201d t\u00e1vol\u00edtott\u00e1k el a hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi z\u00e1rakat. Ezen esetek egy r\u00e9sze v\u00e9lelmezhet\u0151en \u201eparancsra\" t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt, de vizsg\u00e1lata akad\u00e1lyba \u00fctk\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Hiszen a z\u00e1rt\u00f6r\u00e9s b\u0171ncselekm\u00e9ny, ami a rend\u0151rs\u00e9g hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9be tartozik \u00e9s a sz\u00e1nd\u00e9koss\u00e1g ut\u00f3lag nehezen bizony\u00edthat\u00f3 \u00e9s az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s is hosszadalmas.
